International Recruitment Project
The International Recruitment Project, run by the association in conjunction with SESCA and WSPiC has so far allowed us to provide over £300,000 in grants to care providers accross our county. Find out how we’re continuing to help providers leverage the benefits of international recruitment.
Workforce Development & Sustainability Conference
Our Spring Conference was held on 15th May at East Sussex College in Hastings. It was a great event with some amazing speakers, all giving insights on the issues our industry locally is being affected by workforce issues and how we may be able to combat them with training and retention aimed schemes.
Annual Care Awards 2026 -Two Events Celebrating Care
Our expanded 2026 Care Awards programme, will feature two dedicated awards evenings – the East Sussex Care Awards AND our first-ever Brighton & Hove Care Awards!

Following the success of last year’s ESPIC Care Awards—our second year celebrating excellence across the sector—we are excited to build on that momentum in 2026.
